As a consequence of the #Technology4Learning emails I’ve had feedback that you may not be on the latest version of Windows.
You can easily check by clicking on the Windows icon (bottom left) and typing “winver” and press Enter to run the command.
Here is a screenshot of my version:
If your version is less than 1903 then please download the Windows 10 update assistant here and follow the instructions.
Depending on how many updates are required, this may take some time, so plan accordingly.

Ps the Patana VPN connection described in yesterday’s email should be tested when offsite – it will not work when onsite.
