As our favourite time of year is just around the corner, we are now collecting donations for Thomas House, our wonderful charity.
This year, they have asked for educational toys suitable for children aged 5–12 years. These can include a range of items—from sewing kits to magnetic tiles. They are also requesting Lego sets for older children (aged 12 and up) and new or second-hand warm trousers or track pants, as it can get very cold in Chiang Rai during winter. Stationery in pencil cases is also an option this year.
With the help of our Student Council, we have organised an assembly to tell our Year 3 students all about this appeal and what they can bring. You can check our video here!
We kindly ask each family to bring one or two items to school and place them under our Year 3 Christmas tree, which will be up from 1st December.
We’ll be collecting items until Monday, 15th December at the latest.
Please DO NOT WRAP your items, as we will pack them into large parcels to be delivered to Thomas House over the school break—hopefully arriving in time for Christmas!
