Ms Emma and Ms Robine were thrilled to welcome nine Year 1 parents on the trip to Grapongdeang School this morning to deliver the books collected by Year 1 children for our friends in Khlong Toey. The children there were overjoyed with the huge, wonderful selection of new Thai books. They avidly chose their 5 to take home and there were many left over to serve as their library for the year ahead. Thank you so much to everyone who helped to make this event a huge success.
Lish at Grapongdeang School showed us all around the campus and we were able to see where our donations from previous years have been spent and also what challenges lie ahead for this small school. Hopefully, with our continued help, they can develop the campus and renovate the old, unstable buildings into a bright vibrant place for their children to learn.
