Paint.net - Cropping, selecting with Magic Wand and importing objects within layers (part 7 and 8)

In part 7 of the video tutorials, our intentions are:

1. Can I import an image to a layer? (as in parts 2-6)

2. Can I re-size, rotate, flip and position an image in a layer? - Select tool using 'V'

3. Can I select correctly with the MAGIC WAND TOOL? - shortcut 'W'

You are successful if:

You can position the objects in the layers without there being any colours around them.

Follow the video below. If you don't understand a word or a action, first, scrub backward through the video and turn on the Closed Caption Subtitles.

Remember the 'community spirit'  we are all supporting one another. You can only succeed if you share and allow to be guided by your classmates.

In part 8, our intentions are:

1. Can I use the magic wand to isolate a colour and remove it from an imported image?

2. Can I use marquee select tool to move, rotate and, flip if necessary to suit your composition?

3. Can I use the colour picker to choose a prominent hue from the image and apply to other objects to increase realism?

You are successful if:

You can position the objects in the layers without there being any strange pixels around them and you can colour them without your brush painting around them.
