Sharing our completed models

When you are learning from home, there are a lot of great things you can do with your designs in TinkerCAD then share with friends, family and classmates.

Lets try this out...

Blogging your Models as Images

1. Creating a Picture of your designs.

Go to your Tinker Model like above and click on 'SEND TO'

2. Create a blog post - click on "Create a Blog Post", add a title and a description then drag your image into your page.

3. Drag and drop into your new pages.

In chrome (on a desktop/ laptop), the downloaded image is in the task pane at the bottom of the screen. Simply, drag it into your pages.

On an iPad or similar, then you will have to add the image from your camera roll from the "IMAGE' button at the top.

You will end up with this:

Next. Embedding your models.

1. Leave your model page and go to your main menu.

2. On the thumbnail image of your model, click on the cog and click properties. Here, you can give your model a description and make it shareable.

3. Give your model a proper name. only use your first name and class. This will be open now to embed on your blog.  It is safe to do this because you are not sharing your personal information other than your first name and class.

3. Find your model and click on the thumbnail image of your model.

4. When you go back into you model thumbnail, you will see a different page:

You can see
