Welcome to Term 3
Welcome back to the start of the final term and the first time we have been able to be in school for the start of Term 3 for 2 years!! We hope you enjoyed spending time with your families over the Songkran break.
Relationships and Sex Education
This term, we have a learning theme 'Changing Me' during which your child will be learning more about Relationships and Sex Education. This video outlines the content and our approach. Please do contact your child's class teacher if you have any questions about this.
Uniform reminders
As we start Term 3, a friendly reminder of our school uniform policy. Please can you ensure your child:
- has black school shoes.
- if they have long hair it is tied up.
- only wears a school cardigan.
Many thanks for your help and support with this.
Precious Plastic visit
Next week we are delighted to invite Precious Plastics to school, a company that recycles plastic into creative new objects, to work with our Y2 students. We would like to ask that you send in any plastic that you have at home for us to use in this project. They are only able to use certain types of plastic, so please take a look and see if you can spot these signs on any plastic items that you might have at home.
Please can we request that the items are both clean and dry. Thank you in advance.
THANK YOU!
We have received a letter from Tom at the Children of the Forest Foundation ;
Well being
Our current Covid protocols mean that we still cannot have any adults in buildings other than school staff. Parents and helpers are requested to wait outside of buildings when picking students up at the end of the school day or after ECAs.
