You have two choices.
Choice 1: Hand Draw Your Graffiti.
You can draw and colour your artwork on paper, photograph it and upload to Photopea.com to cut it out and post to the graffiti pages in this OneNote Document.

Your artwork will look something like this:
You can place it anywhere that fits and looks good.
Step 0: Make a Graffiti Name Tag on paper, colour it in and photograph it. Add it to your computer and open it in Photopea

You can simply use your initials as a tag

Step 1: Add your artwork to Photopea.com
2. Use the Eraser, magic wand or Lasso tools to out your graffiti
3. Use the magic wand tool to tidy it up.
4.. Do you need to turn it around and straighten it? Go to image, transform and rotate.
5. Save as a PNG
6. Add to the OneNote Graffiti Page
Choice 2: Create Graffiti Text with a Graffiti Generator
Step 1: Go to the Graffiti Generator Click here.
Step 2: Make a Screen shot and open in Photopea.
Use the eraser tool to rub out the wall
Step 3: Tidy it with a smaller eraser and save as a PNG.
IT MUST BE SAVED AS A PNG FILE
Step 4: Add to the OneNote Graffiti Page.
