1. Open Paint.net
If you do not have Paint.net on your computer, you need to install it. It's available for free: here. And instructions on how to install it are here.
This will take you longer than a single 40 minute lesson - at least, two lessons.
2. Create a Canvas in Paint.net
3. Import a Picture to a layer Paint.net
THE TREE IMAGE IS ON THE RIGHT >>>
4. Edit this Tree using the MAGIC WAND tool in Paint.net
5. Cut, Copy and Paste to a new layer
6. Create a scene in a layer. Maybe add some perspective from Year 4
7. Save As.. a .PDN file and a PNG file. Then upload the files to Google Classroom
