Learning

It is fantastic to now have everyone back and learning on campus.

Term 1

Please visit our Curriculum Pages for more information about learning in Year 4 this term.

Please visit our Class Blogs to find out about the learning in our classrooms this week.

Global Citizenship

Loi Krathong - Friday 19th of November

Students can wear an item of Thai clothing on Friday 19th November to celebrate Loi Kratong if they wish.

Due to COVID restrictions, we are not holding a traditional Loi Krathong assembly this year, however, next week students will do some Loi Kratong activities in their Thai class to celebrate.

Well-being

Start and end of day routines

Start of the day

Students should walk to the space outside of the Year 4 building and wait for their teacher to arrive to line them up and walk them into the building.

Unfortunately at this time Year 4 parents are not allowed onto the campus.

End of the day

At the end of the day, students using the bus service will be walked to their buses by the teachers. Students being collected will be walked to the silver gate between the FS and Secondary Art building where they can be collected by parents and carers.

COVID 19 Community Response Plan

Please carefully read the document below that details all of the COVID protocols. A reminder to test your child and submit your child's ATK results before Sunday at 5pm.

General Information

What should I take to school?

Students will be provided with all the resources they require in their classes. When packing their bag for the day they should include:

- Hat.

- Water Bottle.

- Snack.

- Lunch if bringing their own.

- A ball to use on the field and personal pencil case(Optional)

At this time we are asking students not to bring any other personal belongings into school including toys, teddys, and other play equipment.

School Shoes

School shoes should be black, comfortable, secure, and cover the whole foot.

Break times and lunch times

Y4 students should bring their own individual snacks to school. Teachers have noticed some students without snacks and we would like to encourage all students to bring something for break time to keep their energy levels high throughout the day.

The school will provide a packed lunch for those on the set lunch program. You are welcome to send in a packed lunch for your child if you would prefer to.  Vegetarian lunches are provided and if your child has dietary allergies, they will receive a named lunch pack. Please ensure that you have listed any severe allergies as critical via the Parents' Gateway and please ensure that all medical and dietary data is up-to date.
