This week in assembly the children were learning about friendships. We found out about healthy and unhealthy friendships and that it is normal to fall out with our friends from time to time!
Here are the Friendship facts we shared:
Friendship Fact #1: No friendship is perfect.
Every friendship has its ups and downs. This is perfectly normal. This is real life.
Friendship Fact #2: Every friendship is different.
Some you see every day. Some only once a year. They all have a place in your life.
Friendship Fact #3: Trust & Respect are the two most important qualities of a friendship.
If the friendship is healthy, you will each respect and trust the other person.
Friendship Fact #4: Friendships change and that’s OK.
Some friendships just fizzle out. Sometimes you outgrow a friendship.
Sometimes an every-single-day friend becomes a ‘sometimes’ friend.

Birthdays
Happy Birthday to the students celebrating their birthdays this coming week:
Penne 3D
We wish you a super day!
We are now able to celebrate the children’s birthdays with them, as long as we follow these requirements:
- Individualised treats (cupcakes, donuts, etc) can be brought in either at the start of the day or the end of the day - teachers will not be able to cut pieces of cake to be given out
- No Nuts! Please ensure that any food items sent in do not contain nuts, or any traces of nuts. Please check the ingredients.
- No candles
Please liaise directly with your child’s class teacher to inform them if you will be bringing in treats for your child’s birthday.
