Bingo Tennis Challenge (Coach Gift)

BINGO TENNIS CHALLENGE

Bingo Tennis Challenge is a set of weekly home based physical and tennis exercises designed to help a young tennis player (Primary Bengal) to develop their tennis skills. Each set of activity's involves 6 exercises and the goal is to try to practice them 5 rounds a day and 5 days a week!

HOW TO PLAY?

1. You will need a dice or a dice app on your tablet or phone

2. If you want, you can print your bingo card to record your activity

In each box, fill in the #number of exercise and #set you got by rolling the dice. Complete the exercise, roll the dice again before starting the next round. Once you complete the bingo card (5 days), send the photo of your bingo card to Coach Gift!

Exercise #1: Rolling Rally against the wall (10 Rallies = 1 Set)

Exercise #2: Throw & Catch against the wall (10 Catches = 1 Set)

Exercise #3: Kick the ball against the wall (10 Kicks = 1 Set)

Exercise #4: Brush the ball up against the wall (10 Brushes = 1 Set)

Exercise #5: Rally against the wall (10 rallies = 1 Set)

Exercise #6: Tap the ball up with bounce (10 taps = 1 Set)

Exercise #4: Tap using different part of the body (10 Taps = 1 Set)

Exercise #5: Balloon Rally - Parent & Kid (10 rallies = 1 Set)

Exercise #6: Balloon Rally with racket - Parent & Kid (10 rallies = 1 Set)

Exercise #2: Backhand Shadow Swing (30 Seconds = 1 Set)

Exercise #3: Tap the ball with alternate foot (30 Seconds = 1 Set)

Exercise #4: Flipper (30 Seconds = 1 Set)

Exercise #5: Touch the cone (30 Seconds = 1 Set)

Exercise #3: Hit the target (60 Seconds = 1 Set)

Exercise #4: Hit & Catch with a cup (60 Seconds = 1 Set)

Exercise #5: Throw & Catch with different depth (60 Seconds = 1 Set)

Exercise #6: Alternate hit & kick rally (60 Seconds = 1 Set)
