Well being

Collecting students after ECAs

The children have really enjoyed starting their ECAs this week. It has been a hot topic for discussion every morning!

At the end of their ECA, Y3s will either:

  1. Be collected by a trusted adult (Y3 parents allowed on campus but not inside buildings)
  2. Be taken to the bus park by ECA provider
  3. Brought to the Primary Office if no one has collected them

Navigating friendships and developing resilience

We often talk with students and staff about recognising different sorts of behaviours and problems, especially within friendship groups.

This presentation covers some of the ways we address these very common difficulties and concerns within Primary.

Helping children with friendships and resilience

It’s important to note that some behaviours, especially where there is a pattern of poor choices, will require a different response and levels of support.

Residentials!

Thank you to those who have returned the Residential forms this week. If you have any questions regarding the residential please contact Miss Abi abka@patana.ac.th

Welcome to the learning

 CSL Information

The current Hybrid CSL model will continue until the end of Term 1. At the moment, we wish to support our students’ learning the best we can, but we are moving to a CSL model for the following situations:

  • The student’s class/year group is closed for 3 days because of a Covid+ case/s.

  • The student is in 14 day isolation because they are Covid+ or a high risk contact.

  • The student has been overseas since the beginning of the academic year (August 2021) and is not able to return before 10th January 2022.

The situations in which we will not provide Hybrid CSL for are:

  • The student is on holiday or visiting family, including leaving school mid-term to travel.

  • The student is generally unwell. This includes symptomatic Covid+ cases. Once the student is well again, CSL will be provided for the remainder of their isolation period.

  • If a student is identified as low risk or no risk.

Other circumstances will be considered on a case by case basis.

For queries, please contact the Primary Office.

- No Nuts! Please ensure that any food items sent in do not contain nuts, or any traces of nuts. Please check the ingredients.
