iMovie - Lesson 3: Keynote Editing Guidance

This page is like a checklist.

Each image is a mini guide.

Spend time on details. They are important!

1. Check your grouped images. Mask them super tight. You may need to ungroup, then mask.

2. You may need to re-draw your flames. Add detail. Make them “pop” like Wela’s animation here. There’s smoke and flames!

3. Mask and crop super tightly.

4. Layering. The rocket is, or should be on the base layer.

5. Learn to layer.

6. With all objects on the page, set your animations off.

7. Time your animations and make them AUTOMATIC without tapping. Your animations should be such that they blend into each other and not SNAP nor WAIT FOR A LONG TIME between each object.

8. Make them AUTOMATIC!

Learning Intention:

Can I edit an image?

Can I use palette tools to edit an image?

Can I layer and image?

Can I correctly time an animation?

Success Criteria:

I can layer images and parts of images.
