What's New: Year 3 Newsletter
Residentials have been a lot of fun so far! Good luck to the four classes going next week!
A note from the Principal
This Wednesday, we were delighted to host 11 schools for our first-ever Language Olympiad! The event brought together Primary and Secondary students from across Bangkok and beyond to celebrate multilingualism and culture. It was a fantastic day—congratulations to all the students who took part!
Thank you for your donations for SMILE day. All the Y3 classes had a lovely time with their Y6 buddy classes. A real community event!
A note from the Principal
We have had a fantastic week in Primary, filled with many wonderful events. Highlights included a brilliant parent workshop on fine motor skills, the joy of Smile Day, World Book Day celebrations, and an exquisite showcase of creativity at An Evening with the Primary Arts.
Building walls - Fraction walls! Lots of practical Maths going on on Y3 to help develop understanding of fractions.

We hope you had a relaxing break!
A note from the Principal
We have all enjoyed our first week back, and it was great to
see our students return from their mid-terms full of energy and enthusiasm.
This
morning, I was welcomed by over 140 little Pirates, all beaming with excitement
as they enjoyed their special day in Year 2! I also took a moment to soak in
the warmth of the Foundation Stage setting—it was such a joy to see the wealth
of toys and resources sparking curiosity, parents and children cozied up for a
story, teachers greeting families with genuine warmth, a fresh lavender bush
beginning to bloom in the garden, and children working together to build a
river in the sandpit.
It was a beautiful reminder of the care, connection, and creativity that fill
our school every day.
We hope you have a relaxing break next week!
A note from the Principal
A huge congratulations this week to all the students who
took part in our 3-day Choral Festival, with visiting artist Lin Marsh. We
loved welcoming 15 other schools to Patana Primary for a showcase of music,
signing, drama and art. With huge thanks to Lin and our Creative Arts team for
organising such a special event!
Have a wonderful mid-term break and see you on Monday, 17 February!
