      Lunchtime

Congratulations to Tatsha (5A) and Gabby (5K) for being global citizens! During the holidays they were 'active volunteers' by collecting plastic from the beach in order to care for the local environment and the coral reefs.

"This was since last year, I went to a Coral Reef camp at Bang Saen beach. We collected rubbish on the beach, built Coral Reefs and we also went to experience how it was like to be in a Mangrove Forest."

Tatsha 5A (The photo below is of Tatsha in Hua Hin!)

"My actions helped the coral reef because when I was out kayaking a saw a few pieces of plastic stuck to the corals and their were some fish nibbling on it so I decided to take it from the fish. Another reason I helped the corals was I was picking up plastic that were spread around the beach because we know that the tide can bring the plastic back to the ocean."

      Gabby 5K

We will share more photographs and quotes from your holidays throughout this week so please keep sending them to us!

      Resources: Laptop

Time Frame: 1 lesson (40 minutes)

If you’re looking for an alternative activity try going to the Primary PE Blog and have a look at he Virtual Home Learning section where you’ll finds lots of different activities which will keep you active (Joe Wicks is always a good option)
