Year 4 newsletter 11.11.22

We are critical, reflective thinkers

It was absolutely wonderful to invite parents in this week for our 3-way conferences.

3-way conferences are a great way to encourage students to reflect on their learning and share what they are proud of. We hope you enjoyed the experience as much as we did.

A note from the principal

This week truly epitomised our strategic theme of : we are unique.

From our Loy Krathong celebrations on Tuesday; our country spotlight stalls; and a Y3 – Y6 assembly on diversity and inclusion, you could really get a sense of what a special place Patana is.

On Thursday, students had the opportunity to share their unique learning journey in our parent-teacher meetings and 3-way conferences. How marvellous it was to witness students proudly showcasing their progress across all subjects and specialisms; taking time to enjoy our beautiful campus; and engaging with all the teaching staff special to them. I have never seen a more wonderful example of connecting students, teachers and parents together.

Proud of you Patana!

It was wonderful to see so many of you during the 3-way conference open day and we hope you got a glimpse as to what the children get up to in their IT lessons each week.

As there were so many visitors, we were not able to speak to everyone, so if you do have any questions, please feel free to email me.
