Can you create your own targets and copy the same skills?
What other parts of the body can you use to send objects to a target?
Can you create a fun game to play with members of your family?

Literacy - Can I take notes?

LI: Can I take notes?

Learning task: Take notes to help you summarise four chapters of the book.

Instructions:

1. Read chapter 12. You can only use 20 words to summarise what happens.

2. Do the same for chapters 13,14 and 15.

How are you going to share your learning?

Choose one of the following ways:

Take a picture of your notes and post it to your blog
Use your blog to type your list of notes
Video yourself retelling each chapter in 20 words (or less) and post it to your blog.

Break time!

Helping at home- organise your bedroom

You have been home a while now. Take some time out today to organise your bedroom.

Tidy your shelves, cupboards and other storage areas.

Are there clothes that no longer fit you? Talk to your parents about what you would like to do with these.

Clear out your cupboards- make sure that everything in there is easy to reach and see so that you can find things easily.

Post a before and after picture to your blog to show the difference!

Time for you to focus on you! Have a snack and do something that makes you smile.

PSHE- Can I recognise different emotions in my body?

Draw a picture of yourself using different colours which represent different emotions. You can use different weather conditions to represent your emotions, like rain, sunshine, storm and wind. What does your internal weather picture look like?

On a piece of paper, finish these sentences with how your body feels:

When I get excited my…

When I feel scared…

When I feel happy…

When I feel sad…

When I feel tired…

When I feel anxious...

If ever you have an uncomfortable feeling, you can use your breathing to help you manage that feeling. You don't need it go away- uncomfortable feelings are important.

However, you can reduce the size of the feeling by getting your body to calm down and make less adrenaline. You do this by breathing in a very simple way.
