LI: Can I devise my own Olympic Games?

Instructions:

Watch our Olympic Opening Ceremony video
PLAN for your own mini olympics.

You can use the list of olympic sports to give you some ideas, or
watch some examples from Mr Tristan and Miss Zoe’s video here .
If you are still stuck, read this for some more indoor ideas

Decide on your sports ( Try a minimum of 5), and choose how you would like to run it, eg involve family members and video some examples? Choose a scoring system and perform on your own, or compete with others. It’s your choice!
Prepare any equipment or outfits ready for Thursday’s Olympics!
Share any plans or ideas with us on your class PE Seesaw page. We’d love to hear them!

Feel free to make a flag or plan an outfit ready to perform in your olympic games on Thursday! Alternatively you can choose to do any exercise or activity that suits you best.

If you have not posted any PE learning on Seesaw for a while please try, we love seeing all of your fantastic efforts!

If you’re looking for an alternative activity, try the Virtual Home Learning section of the Primary PE Blog. You will find lots of different activities which will keep you active. Alternatively, why not take advantage of any outside space to enjoy some outdoor activity such as riding your bike, swimming or playing some outdoor games (don't forget to check the air quality first). It’s fun to play! Try to record your activity on “The Road to Tokyo” website too.

Have a drink! Take a breather and listen to a story read in space :)
