LI: Can I react and respond quickly?
Learning Task:
1 Warm up- Among Us work out
Choose a character, copy the moves when an exercise appears in your characters box.
2 Scavenger hunt- You will have 30 seconds to touch as many of the items you see on the screen. During your rest period there will be a question for you to answer quickly. If you don’t have any of the items in your house then be creative. For example if an image of a pet comes up and you don’t have one, you could touch a teddy instead.
3. Cool down with the balance quest.
Hold each stretch for 10 seconds, complete on both sides
How am I going to share my learning? Send your PE teacher a video or photo of you completing one of the tasks on your PE Seesaw page.
If today’s activity does not work for you why not take advantage of any outside space and the cooler weather to enjoy some outdoor activity such as riding your bike, swimming or playing some outdoor games.
