Living our school values:

We are balanced and fulfilled

A note from the Principal

This week, we enjoyed two special events. On Wednesday, we joined 32 members of our choir at the British Club for an evening of carols. It was the most magical night under the stars and made us reflect on how fortunate we are to be part of such a diverse community and in such a special place, Thailand! On Thursday, Y5 did themselves and their teachers extremely proud with their bring, buy and bake sale. A huge amount of creativity and hard work went into this – well done to all.

Next week, is the end of our busy term. We are all looking forward to a week of festivities, including the Primary staff party, the Christmas concert, and the Christmas assembly. Our paperless reports will be published on Friday and this document provides a snapshot of your child’s progress and attainment thus far. We are currently undertaking a review of our assessment and reporting practices, as we look to make them more relevant and meaningful.

This will be my last note of the year and so I would like to take this heartfelt opportunity to wish you all a Happy Christmas and a prosperous New Year. Thank you parents for all your ongoing support, open dialogue, and commitment.

Proud of you Patana! See you in 2023!

Christmas Party - Friday 16th December

We can't wait to see how Santa arrives at the Christmas Assembly!  On that same day, our students will have a small party in class to celebrate the end of the academic term.

Students should wear their best festive outfits, Christmas hats, and even Christmas jumpers if they have one.

Children can bring a small individual snack for themselves to enjoy whilst we have fun.  A reminder this snack should not contain nuts.

Well- Being

General Information

Gift Giving

Giving gifts to friends and family is a lovely thing.

However, we do not expect or encourage gifts from a family to the whole class. Edible gifts can cause problems for some families, and we do not allow sweets/candy in school. Many of our students are giving gifts to families and children in need -and this we completely support.

Christmas Spirit Dress Up Day!

As we approach the end of Term 1 and the Christmas holidays we begin to celebrate a wonderful first term of learning by getting truly into the festive spirit.

On Friday the 16th of December, we have the excitement of a whole school Christmas assembly! How will Santa arrive? Also, this day will be a festive dress-up day. Students and adults are encouraged to wear their Christmas jumpers, hats, tinsel, or whatever festive dress-up they have to hide at home to bring some Christmas cheer to our amazing campus.

Birthday celebrations

We cannot give out party bags or gifts - please keep these for any sort of celebration that you do out of school.

If you would like to send in some birthday treats for your child to share with their class, please arrange a day with your child's class teacher. We will only be able to manage individual items like brownies, doughnuts or cupcakes. Please remember we are a nut-free Primary School.

The following students are celebrating this week.
