These are some ideas for learning at home today. Parents please remember that there is no expectation to complete all of these! Keeping a routine for your child and maintaining contact with school are the most important thing.

The Three Little Pigs:
Another great fairy tale for you to enjoy, we proudly present the Nursery team in The Three Little Pigs. We love to make our voices sound different when we are pretending to be the characters from the story! Did you notice that lots of the sentences are repeated throughout the story? We call these ‘repeated refrains’.
Mr wolf says“Little pig, little pig won’t you let me come in?’
Little pig replies “not by the hair on my chinny, chin, chin, I won’t let you in!”
Mr wolf says ‘Then I’ll huff and I’ll puff and I’ll blow your house down!”
Which would you rather be the wolf or the pig?
Thai Translation:
Let’s become little builders just like the little pigs...
Why not have a go at building an enclosure that is vertical, going upwards in a tall direction and horizontal, going along the floor in a long direction. You can choose whatever you like to build with, but Mrs Carol has been collecting lots of boxes ready for when we return to school. You might find some just like Freddie did to make his aeroplane. You could build a house, or a castle, or even a shopping mall. Use your imagination!
Thai Translation:
ILD : We are looking for children to build vertical and horizontal structures, enclosing spaces. We would love a short recording of your child telling us what they have built “I have built a castle for the King and Queen to live in”
ILD: ครูจะรอดูงานประดิษฐ์ทั้งแนวตั้งและแนวนอนของเด็กๆนะคะ ครูจะรอดูรูปหรือวิดีโอที่เด็กๆจะเล่าให้ฟังว่า เด็กๆสร้างอะไร เช่น” หนูสร้างปราสาทให้พระราชากับพระราชินีอยู่”
Snack Time
Sharing food such as at snack time or during lunchtime is a great opportunity for your child to talk about their learning.
Song Time
Children love their favourite songs and stories time and time again. This is how they familiarise themselves with the language and melody. Repetition is very important in the Early Years. So here is another favourite!
อาหารว่าง/อาหารกลางวัน: การทานอาหารว่างหรืออาหารกลางวันร่วมกัน เป็นโอกาสที่ดีสำหรับเด็กๆในการพูดคุยเกี่ยวกับการเรียนรู้ของพวกเขา. ครูสงสัยว่า ระหว่างรับประทาน เด็กๆอาจแสดงเป็นหมาป่าหรือลูกหมู เด็กๆลองทำพูดแบบในนิทาน หรือคิดคำพูดขึ้นมาเองก็ได้
Lunchtime!
I wonder if over lunchtime you could pretend to be Mr Wolf or little pig. You could repeat the refrains from the story or you could make your own words up!
