Look who's playing a game at home!
These are some ideas for learning at home today. Parents please remember that there is no expectation to complete all of these! Keeping a routine for your child and maintaining contact with school are the most important thing.
On Friday 8th, we would love it if you could join us in fancy dress for our well-being calls. If your child doesn’t want to dress up that is ok. You could wear your favourite outfit, dress up as a character or wear a headband. We can’t wait to see you!

Loose Parts Floor Art
Can you build a house for the three little pigs?
Have a think about the shape of your house and try to use objects to create lines and enclosures. What words can you use to describe the texture of the different materials?
You could even use your imagination and come up with your own ideas! We can’t wait to see your designs!

Thai Translation:
Maybe you could draw picture of a pig/ wolf or use a toy to retell the story of ‘The Three Little Pigs.’ Try and join in with the repeated refrains in the story.
“Little pig, Little pig, let me in!”
“No, not by the hair on my chinny chin chin."
“Then I’ll huff and I’ll puff and I’ll blow your house down!”
ILD prompt: We are looking for children to build a house for the pigs using loose parts. We would love it if you could upload photos/ videos to ILD of your child describing the texture of the materials used.

Snack Time
Sharing food such as at snack time or during lunchtime is a great opportunity for your child to talk about their learning.
Song Time
Enjoy this fun 'Three Little Pigs' (Baby Shark Tune)
Lunchtime!
Can you help to share the food out at lunchtime? You could ask, “Would you like some rice?”
Lunchtime is a great opportunity for your child to talk about their learning.

Using ILD
ILD is the platform Foundation Stage use for sharing learning. Sending pictures and videos here allows teachers to give personalised feedback on children's learning. A gentle reminder that teachers are unable to provide feedback via email or Teams chat. A parent guide of how to use this platform is in the document below.
We would love you to upload an ILD observation of your child learning today.
Have a wonderful day of learning at home today!
