Well-being Calls

Your class teachers are all really excited about seeing you this morning on Microsoft Teams. We can't wait to hear all about your holidays.

Don't forget, that during our wellbeing calls:

  • we make sure a grown up is always nearby
  • we are fully dressed
  • we don't eat whilst on a call
  • we wait for our class teacher to start the call

คุณครูประจำชั้นของเด็กๆ ตื่นเต้นกันมากเลยค่ะ ที่จะได้เจอเด็กๆ ผ่าน Microsoft Teams ในเช้านี้ พวกเราอยากฟังเรื่องราวเกี่ยวกับวันหยุดของเด็กๆค่ะ
อย่าลืมนะคะ ในระหว่างที่เราคุยกัน

This week, you get to explore your interests and expand your imagination through lots of playing! To fire up your imagination today, we’re looking at one of our favourite books: Whatever Next! This is a great story to play at home! All you need is a box, some boots, a teddy, soft toys, some picnic food, a space helmet (cooking bowl) and maybe a picnic blanket!

สัปดาห์นี้เด็กๆจะได้ลองสำรวจความสนใจและขยายขอบเขตของจินตนาการให้กว้างไกลยิ่งขึ้นไปอีกด้วยการเล่นที่หลากหลายค่ะ เริ่มจุดประกายจินตนาการของเด็กๆด้วยการอ่านนิทานสุดโปรดของพวกเรา เรื่อง "Whatever Next!" นิทานเรื่องนี้สนุกสนานและดีมากๆ เหมาะกับการเล่นที่บ้านค่ะ

อุปกรณ์ที่เราต้องใช้ก็จะมี กล่อง, รองเท้าบู๊ต, ตุ๊กตาหมี, อาหารสำหรับปิคนิค, หมวกนักบินอวกาศ (ใช้ชามหรืออ่างที่เรามีในครัวก็ได้ค่ะ) และอาจจะมีผ้าห่มปิคนิคด้วยก็ได้ค่ะ


ทีนี้เด็กๆลองดูที่ลิงค์ต่างๆด้านบนนะคะ มีวีดีโอหลากหลายให้เด็กๆเลือกดูค่ะ ไม่ว่าจะเป็นที่มิสซาร่าอ่าน "Whatever Next!" เป็นภาษาอังกฤษ หรือภาษาไทยที่มิสปะอ่านให้ฟัง หรือบทบาทสมมุติที่มิสคอร่าแสดงให้ดู หรือมิสซาร่ากับซิดนีย์ไปปิคนิคกัน หรือจะเป็นมิสซาร่าปิคนิคแบบในเรื่อง "Whatever Next!" ก็ได้ค่ะ รับรองว่าสนุกทุกเรื่องเลยค่ะ

Sensory Play - Making Gloop



Instructions in English

For sensory play today make gloop.


Gloop is an interesting texture of solid/liquid depending on how you touch it.


Allow your child to mix the ingredients together while you provide the verbal instructions.


How to make gloop.

You will need:

2 cups corn flour

1 cup water

1-2 drops of colour (optional)

Mix it all together.


Allow your child to freely explore the gloop and talk to them as they feel it.

Questions you could ask:

How does it feel…

What happens when you…


When you are finished throw it away in the bin not down the sink!

It goes off very quickly and will develop a smell so it is best to replenish the gloop regularly.

สำหรับการเล่นและฝึกประสาทสัมผัสในวันนี้คือการทำแป้งเปียก

แป้งเปียก ให้ผิวสัมผัสในรูปแบบพื้นผิวของแข็ง และ ของเหลวที่น่าสนใจขึ้นอยู่กับว่าเด็กๆจะสัมผัสอย่างไร

ปล่อยให้เด็กๆผสมส่วนผสมเข้าด้วยกันในขณะที่คุณพ่อคุณแม่ให้คำแนะนำด้วยการพูดคุยกับเด็กๆขณะทำกิจกรรมนี้

วิธีทำแป้งเปียก

อุปกรณ์มีดังต่อไปนี้:

แป้งข้าวโพด 2 ถ้วย

น้ำ 1 ถ้วย

สีผสมอาหาร 1-2 หยด (ถ้าไม่มี ไม่เป็นไร)

ผสมทั้งหมดเข้าด้วยกัน

ปล่อยให้เด็กๆทำได้อย่างอิสระและพูดคุยกับพวกเขาตามที่พวกเขารู้สึก

โดยใช้คำถามดังนี้:

รู้สึกอย่างไร…

จะเกิดอะไรขึ้นเมื่อ ...

เมื่อคุณทำเสร็จแล้วให้ทิ้งในถังขยะอย่าทิ้งลงอ่าง

เพราะอาจจะเกิดกลิ่นอันไม่พึงประสงค์ได้

Phonics

Sound buttons are visual cues to help children break up a word into graphemes. Whilst the term ‘sound buttons’ is relatively new, the concept of using visuals to help children segment and blend words has been around for many, many years! You may know it as synthetic phonics. Either way, the use of sound buttons is a proven method for teaching children in the early years how to decode words.

You will also see Mrs Julie and Robbie the Robot in space. Mrs Julie is going to learn how to do sound talk like Robbie the Robot. Sound talk is when we speak in sounds and not the whole word.

Have fun together trying to sound like a robot.
