When I help others, I feel peace.
Many of us are very lucky to have plenty of clothes, food and toys to keep us safe and learning. But, there are lots of children who don’t have all that we have. Today, you might like to look through your clothes and toys to see if there is anything that you no longer use. If you think someone else might like to use your old things, you could donate them to children in need. Take some time to talk to your adults about what the word donate means. พวกเราหลายๆคนโชคดีมากที่มีเสื้อผ้ามากมาย มีอาหารและของเล่นที่ทำให้เราแข็งแรงปลอดภัยและได้เรียนรู้ แต่ยังมีเด็กๆอีกหลายคนที่ไม่มีอะไรเลย
วันนี้ เด็กๆอาจจะอยากดูว่าเรามีเสื้อผ้าหรือของเล่นหรือของอื่นๆที่เราไม่ได้ใช้แล้ว ถ้าเด็กๆคืดส่าเด็กคนอื่นสามารถเอาไปใช้ประโยชน์ต่อได้ เราเอาไปบริจาคกันเถอะค่ะ ลองพูดคุยกับผู้ใหญ่ดูนะคะว่า "บริจาค" หมายถึงอะไร แล้วเด็กๆจะรู้ากอย่างไรเมื่อได้ช่วยเหลือเด็กคนอื่น

Let’s play a sack race game! Using a pillowcase for your sack, race from the start line and back. You can also time yourself and see how fast you can race in your sack. Have fun and get jumping!

จากนั้นเริ่มแข่งจากจุดเริ่มต้นไปยังเส้นชั หรือวนกลับมาที่จุดเดิมก็ได้ นอกจากนี้เด็กๆยังสามารถท้าทายตัวเองได้ด้วยการจับเวลาและดูว่าทำได้เร็วแค่ไหน ขอให้กระโดด ดึ๊ง ดึ๊งกันอย่างสนุกนะคะ
