Well-Being

Please remind your child to bring a hair band or clips to school with them.  Hair should be clipped or tied back off the face.  Having hair tied back, particularly in a bun or plait is one of the most effective ways of keeping hair lice at bay.

Learning

ICT props

Please remind your child to bring props in for their ICT lesson. Your child should have been told when to bring these in. Classes have ICT on different days, so please have a chat with your child about this.

Memory Book pages

Next week, the Memory Book representatives will be available in the afternoons to support your child with any final touches for their page.

Please support this process by checking that your child has completed this home learning task and that they have used the correct dimensions as there was an error in the screen cast that was shared with them (24cm x 24cm).

Global Citizenship

Year 6 Sponsored Basketball Challenge – Wednesday 3rd March

Year 6 will be participating in our charity sponsored basketball challenge with all money raised donated to A21 charity. On Wednesday 4th March 2020, the students will have 2 minutes to score as many baskets as they can. They can either be sponsored per basket or given a set amount, regardless of how many they score. All money raised will be donated to our Year 6 partner charity A21 on projects that the charity council will decide at a later date. Previous money raised has gone towards buying desks and school supplies and sponsoring feeding programs for children who live in rural areas. If you would like any more information please contact saho@patana.ac.th

Thank you for your support!

Book Drive

One is a CAT club at school that raises funds to support the education of underprivileged children in the North of Thailand. This year, we are raising money to support Mol and Piyawat, our two students, and we would love your help!

Birthdays:

Nut free Primary School

For some children, any exposure to nuts is potentially very dangerous and can be life threatening.

We do not allow any nuts to be brought into Primary. This includes snacks on school transport, birthday treats and food items brought in for any other special days.

Happy Birthday to all the Year 6 students who have a birthday this week.
