  6. Start to think about the success criteria for delivering an effective presentation.

Can I identify strategies to help me to stay healthy?

Learning Task: Listen to Jay’s story and discuss the changes in his mental health on the mental health thermometer. Discuss this with your group and reflect on some Do and Avoid strategies that you can focus on to ensure that you stay healthy.

Task:

  • Join your well-being chat group at 13:00.

  • Listen for the discussion prompts.

  • Move onto the next slide after your discussion.

  • Copy and paste the student template slide into your PSHE Google book.
