Can I perform a variety of yoga poses with control?
Time frame: 1 lesson (40 minutes)
Resources: Laptop, a soft surface if you have one.
Warm-Up:
We had lots of excellent plank videos on Padlet last week so we’re going to repeat the plank warm-up today. An opportunity to really develop that core strength!
Learning Task:
Yoga Poses. These yoga poses will help develop your flexibility, strength and mindfulness. Try to spend a couple of minutes on each pose, hold yourself as still as possible and really focus on all the parts of your body. This is not as easy as it looks!
Extension:
This 15 minute routine will certainly get you working hard. Focus on every part of your body as you go through the various poses.
