Parent Workshop - 3 Way Conferences
Parents’ Workshops
Tuesday 1st October: 3-Way Conference Overview (8am in the Primary Hall)
This workshop is for families who are new to Patana and have children in Years 2 to 6.
Year 6 3-Way Conferences will take place on Wednesday 16th and Thursday 17th October from 12.50pm. More information on sign up and logistics will be shared with you over the coming weeks.
PE
Year 5 Inter-colour Basketball will take place on Monday 30th
September 2019, during normal PE lesson times:
Yellow, Green, Blue and Pink teams start at 7.40am – 8.40am
Red, Black, White and Grey teams start at 8.45am – 9.45am
The tournament will take place on the Primary Hardcourt. Please make sure your son/daughter has their PE kit on this day, including a Tee-shirt that is their team colour.
We look forward to seeing students and supporters at the first Year 5 tournament of the year!
Global Citizenship
International Day - Country Spotlight
International Day will take place on Friday 1st November.
In the weeks leading up to International Day, our PTG has organised a wide range of Country Spotlights to help students learn more about a specific country or culture.
Unless otherwise stated, all activities will take place next to the Primary Snack Bar during the lunch period.
Next Week - Sept 30th – Oct 4th
Italy Oct 2nd Come visit the Italy Spotlight stand and take home your own decorated pizza.
UK Oct 3rd Take home a picture in a London/UK themed photo booth at the UK Spotlight stand.
Malaysia Oct 3rd Make traditional desserts and a bookmark to take home.
USA Oct 4th Join Team USA on the basketball courts to practice shooting skills/learn fun facts about the US.
Tiger Spirit Day
Tiger Spirit Day - Friday 4th October
The money raised from Tiger Spirit Day will support children’s projects in Thailand.
