Brain Break  - Take part in today's mindfulness challenge. There are three short videos. Take time during your break time to recharge your batteries with this square breathing exercise to help you to focus and stay calm. 

Lesson 2: History (9-9:40am)

Live introduction: Your teacher will call the class to give instructions for this session. 

Brain Break - Take 5 minutes to learn how to become aware of your thoughts and how to manage these.

Follow your teacher's instructions for your reading lesson today.

This is NOT a live lesson, but you can choose to join your Reading Group in MS Teams if you want to.

Lunchtime - Move away from the screen and have a break. 

Lesson 5: PSHE and Well-Being Calls (1-1:40pm)

1. Listen to the meditation video and practice your mindful breathing. You can go back to try the other meditation videos above if you haven't had a chance to yet.

2. Choose a mindful activity from the bingo.

Your well-being call will also take place during this session. 

Your teacher will have shared your group and time with you.
