LI: Can I create a musical instrument?

  1. Using your design and the resources you collected last week, we would like you to create your musical instrument.

  2. Be careful if you are using anything sharp like scissors or staplers!

  3. Below are some videos links to inspire your creations:

For next week, you will need:

  • A small device that makes sound (alarm clock, phone, small speaker)

  • A small container (like a shoe box or a plastic food container)

  • A few sheets of newspaper

  • A tea towel

  • Bubble wrap

  • Tin foil

Don’t worry if you can’t find all of these items, get creative and find something similar!

Can I plan a persuasive advertisement?

Using your notes about your chosen landmark from last week, you need to plan a persuasive advertisement to encourage people to visit it.

Your advertisement could be:

  • A poster of leaflet

  • A powerpoint presentation

  • A video - TV advert

  • An audio recording for the radio

Try to include some persuasive features we have learnt about in your literacy learning.
