Junk technology
To support the students with their learning, we are in need of old electrical and mechanical items that the students can investigate, take apart and try to put back together.
If you have any old mobile phones, alarm clocks, computer parts etc that you are able to donate, please pass on to your child's teacher. Many thanks
Primary School: Term 2 Conferences
Wednesday 1st April between 2:50 p.m. and 4:30 p.m.
- All conferences take place after 2:30pm. This is a normal school day.
Thursday 2nd April between 7:30 a.m. and 4:10 p.m.
Students should only come in for their appointment time on this day - the school is closed to all other students on this day.
The booking deadline is 4pm on Wednesday 18th March. After this time please email the class teacher direct to make or amend an appointment.

Portfolios:
After reviewing the use of the student portfolios, which were used in the 3-Way Conferences, we have decided to stop using them. This is because we were duplicating learning that was already in the students’ books and it was not a sustainable option. Students will still reflect on their learning in the Conferences, but they will use their books instead of portfolios.

Our Fairy Tale Ball will be on Friday April 3rd. The children should come dressed as their favourite Fairy Tale Character for this magical event.

Air Quality Information - Helen Thew, Cross Campus Principal
Air Quality levels are posted on our Students’, Parents’ and Staff Firefly Dashboards. Links to our policies and procedures can be found here. Air Quality levels are automatically read three times a day: Early morning, 11.00am and 1.30pm. To further understand what happens when air quality levels reach higher than normal levels, please access the presentation given to parents in November here. Students may come to school wearing masks but they are not obligated to do so. With our new pre-cooled, fresh air systems in place, students can then remove their masks when they come into class.
