Little Monsters -Imaginative Storytelling

Make a map to get to your imaginary far away land!

Good morning imaginative story tellers! Now that you have had a go at role playing an imaginative story and making your very own monster, why not think about an imaginary place for a story. You might want to use the journey that Max made across the ocean to the wild forest as your inspiration, or you might want to make a different imaginary world full of your own ideas! But...How will you get there? Max took a sailing boat to his imaginary island. How will you get you yours? First, you will need to make a map! Maps are a great way to show your imaginative ideas!

สวัสดี นักเล่าเรื่องจากจินตนาการทุกคน ตอนนี้ เด็กๆคงได้สวมบทบาทสมมุติ แสดงในเรื่องเล่าในจินตนาการ และ อาจจะสร้างสัตว์ประหลาดขึ้นมาเองด้วย ทำไมไม่ลองคิดถึงสถานที่ ที่จะใช้ในเรื่องเล่าจากจินตนาการของเด็กๆเองด้วยละ? เด็กๆอาจจะอยากใช้ บันทึกของแมกซ์ ที่ใช้ในการเดินทางข้ามทะเลไปในป่าที่เต็มไปด้วยสัตว์ประหลาดดุร้าย เป็นแรงบันดาลใจให้กับเด็กๆ หรือเด็กๆ อาจจะอยากใช้ความคิดของตัวเอง เพื่อสร้างโลกในจินตนาการตามที่เด็กๆต้องการ แต่ว่า….เด็กๆจะเดินทางไปที่นั้นอย่างไรหละ? แมกซ์ ใช้เรือใบ เพื่อล่องไปในเกาะในจินตนาการของเขา แล้วเด็กๆ จะใช้อะไรดีนะ? แต่เดี๋ยวก่อน อย่างแรกที่เด็กๆจะต้องมีเลย คือ แผนที่ การวาดแผนที่ จะช่วยให้เด็กๆแสดงความคิดสร้างสรรค์ได้อย่างเต็มที่

Parents, the most important part is to let the children use their own ideas and let their imagination run wild! Ask your child to tell you all about their map and the ideas they have used. This is a good time for you to scribe exactly what your child says as they go, either on the map directly or on a separate piece of paper. This allows their thinking to flow without being distracted by the writing process. This can come later! This task is more about imaginative storytelling than writing. We want the children to talk about their ideas!
