Tiger Spirit Week
Guidance- English
In the Foundation Stage we are very lucky to have not just a beautiful indoor learning space, but an outdoor one, too! We love getting outside to explore and learn! Our outdoor learning space wouldn’t be nearly as safe, clean or interesting without the help of our gardener, Khun Samai. This kind Tiger has so many jobs in the FS garden. He:
collects falling leaves every morning!
looks after the trees, plants and grass that make our garden so lush!
looks after our turtles who call our garden home!
brings in and plant new plants for us to explore and enjoy!
We hope he drinks lots of water and eats lots of healthy foods to look after his bodies when he’s doing such tiring work in the Thai sunshine! We wondered if you might like to grab your water bottles and head outside for some outdoor fun, too! Today, you might like to collect some leaves of your own, they are everywhere resting on the garden grounds of Bangkok.
Instead of throwing the leaves away, you could use them for artistic play! Leaf rubbings, collage and leaf printing are all wonderful ways to use nature for art!
When we are back in school we want to make sure Khun Samai knows how much we appreciate his help in the garden. Check out what your teachers will say to show their thanks to our gardeners:

The 'Try Something New Challenge'
Guidance- English
Today is a ‘can do’ day.
I would like you to spend the rest of this learning time trying something new. It could be anything new you have never tried before.
•A new food you have never tried before.
•To ride a new bike or a new outside toy.
•To try a new physical challenge.
•To do something you have always been a little bit scared of.
We really love to see videos and photos of what you have been doing at home. The best way to share this with us is via the Seesaw App. You should have received communication about how to download and login to the app. If you have not received this, please email the ISIT helpdesk- helpdesk@patana.ac.th
