Uno Workout

Lots of families own a pack of UNO Cards, so we are going to use them as inspiration for a quick workout today!

Step 1: Choose a movement you are going to do for each colour - Blue Card, Red Card, Yellow Card and Green Card. Eg: Star Jumps, Mountain Climbers, Push-ups, Squats, etc

Step 2: Play your UNO game as usual

Step 3: Each time a coloured card is put down the opposing player must do the activity for that colour, the number of times on the card.

For example if I put down this RED 7 card, and my chosen RED activity was sit-ups, the others I am playing must do 7 sit-ups.

UNO is also available as an App which you can download and Pinterest even has printable cards.
