Mindfulness Challenge

Here are some great clip that will help your mindfulness skills.

1) Find a Quiet space and close your eyes.

2) Play the following sound clips.

3) Do not look at the video! Close your eyes and concentrate on the SOUNDS.

4) Can you guess all answers correctly? Replayed the sounds as many times as you need before guessing.
