Smoothie bowls are a great breakfast treat or snack and full of vitamins and minerals to boost your immunity.
Wash your hands.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of mixed frozen berries
- 1 ripe banana
- 3 Tablespoons of Almond Milk or Coconut Milk
Method:
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
Serve in a bowl.
You might like to decorate the bowl with any of the following:
- Sliced fruit/fresh berries
- Grated coconut
- Granola
- Seeds/nuts if you don't have any allergies
