Let's Make a Delicious Smoothie Bowl

Smoothie bowls are a great breakfast treat or snack and full of vitamins and minerals to boost your immunity.

Wash your hands.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of mixed frozen berries
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 3 Tablespoons of Almond Milk or Coconut Milk

Method:

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.

Serve in a bowl.

You might like to decorate the bowl with any of the following:

  • Sliced fruit/fresh berries
  • Grated coconut
  • Granola
  • Seeds/nuts if you don't have any allergies
