Let's Bake!

Start by washing your hands for at least 20 seconds - well done!

Today we are making NO BAKE ENERGY BALLS.

INGREDIENTS

1 Cup of Rolled Oats

This recipe is NOT suitable if you have a Nut Allergy, if this is you you might wish to substitute of the Peanut Butter for a Pitted Dates which you have put in a food processor to create a paste.

1/2 Cup of Creamy Peanut Butter (You can substitute in your favourite Nut Butter)

2/3 Cup of Toasted Shredded Coconut

1/2 Cup of Chocolate Chips (Optional, you can leave these out if you prefer a healthier version)

1/2 Cup of Raisons

1/3 Cup of Honey

1/2 Cup of Ground Flaxseed 

METHOD

1. Measure all ingredients out carefully and place in a mixing bowl.

2. Stir until all combined

3. With clean hands roll the mixture into bite sized balls and place on a plate

4. Refrigerate for 1 - 2hrs or until hard

5. Ready to eat! Yum!

6. Store the energy balls in a clean air tight container in the fridge
