If you want to challenge yourself or have been taking a Taekwondo ECA for some time you can opt to try some of Master Chai's contact kicking drills.
So grab a pillow or cushion as a target (if you don't have proper martial arts equipment available) and find someone in your house to fine tune your swing kick and tornado kick. Make sure you have plenty of space around you, so you won't injure yourself or break any property.
Remember a true martial artist is not trying to injure another person. We are promoting this activity for fitness and fun only. If you are in Primary School we suggest you work with an adult to ensure you stay safe.
