Ingredients
Bananas
Method
Wash your hands.
Peel 3 - 4 ripe bananas and carefully chop into small chunks.
Place the banana chunks in a zip lock bag and then seal and place in the freezer for 3 - 4 hrs or overnight.
Place the frozen banana chunks in the blender and blend until smooth. If you are having trouble getting a nice smooth texture, you can add 1/4 cup of your favourite milk, nut milk or plain water.
Serve and eat - yum!
If you want to do an internet search you can add other fruits and flavours to this ice cream recipe.
