Can I understand how stress affects me?
Learning Task: Today, you will continue and complete the PSHE activity you started last week. You will review the term ‘stress’ and ‘mental health’ and learn how these are related. You will meet with your well-being groups for this group activity.

You will have the same facilitator as last week, unless your teacher tells you otherwise.
