Good afternoon Year 6,
During this session some of you will be in well-being calls during this time.
This PSHE session is also about spending some more time on developing our well-being. Focusing on having a healthy well-being helps us cope with changes that happen in life. Taking time to focus on things which make us happy, and give us energy, will help develop a positive mind-set. Below are some habits to develop:
Get 10 -12 hours of sleep per night
Practise creativity
Exercise frequently
Find a quiet space for some downtime
Talking about worries
Have routines
Connecting with friends
Have fun and laughter
Playing freely
Enjoy healthy food and drink lots of water
During this PSHE session, choose something offline which makes you feel contented and relaxed.

Practising yoga
Sketching – observational drawings
Making jigsaw puzzles
Writing in a journal
