Your PSHE lesson today will be held in your well-being groups. Join your group at 13:05.

Can I manage feelings and emotions during challenging times?

Learning Task: You will meet together with your well-being group. You will look at Sasha's story and discuss what she can do to manage the challenging time that she is going through. You will then look at a range of scenarios, pick one and write an advice letter.

Time frame: 40 mins (1 lesson)

Task:

1. Facilitator will make a copy of the lesson presentation

2. Rename it with your names.

3. Move it into your PSHE folder.

4. Share your screen with your group.

5. Go through the presentation.

6. Complete the discussions and the activities.

7. Produce a response to one of the letters.

8. Complete as a group or individually.
