Learning task: Watch the video and read information from PowerPoint. After that you need to write down some information that you learned.
How will I share my learning? Google drive to your Thai teacher.
Instructions:

Warm-Up: This 2 minute plank workout will certainly get you warmed up and ready for today's activity.

You’ll need a timer for these and remember quality is better than quantity: slow down your movements. As you exercise, think about the effect it is having on your body. For example what happens to your heart rate? Your breathing? How do your muscles feel?

Last week you started the 4X4 Picture Challenge - Sporting Moments. If you have time, go back to this and finish it. Click here for instructions. Don't forget to add these to Padlet, we’re looking forward to seeing them (Some of you added links which didn’t allow access, can you please check and change this).
