Learning Task: Today we’re going to continue the theme of our last lesson, The Living Room Cup Challenge. However, our last lesson was fitness, today's lesson will be a skills challenge. 

You’re going to give yourself 45 seconds to perform a skill as many times as you can. You’ll need to be creative as you’re going to choose any skill. Click here for some examples.
