Our current unit of learning explores archaeology. As part of this learning the students are exploring how we make inferences about the past.
Oxford Reading Tree Book Appeal
Our students love to read. At the moment we have noticed many of our Oxford Reading tree books have not been returned and we are becoming low on resources.
Please can we ask parents to check at home for these books and return any that are no longer being read by the students.

Visiting Author - Cat Weatherill
This week our students met children's author Cat Weatherill. She carried out workshops with them about how she develops her stories and where she finds inspiration for her books.

Many students were interested in reading her books and asked about buying their own copies.
Every student today received an order form. If you wish to order any of these books please complete the form and return it to the class teacher.
No money is required as you will be charged for the books via your school account.

This month or musician is Evelyn Glennie, a Scottish percussionist and composer who lost her hearing as a young child.
