This morning was the start of the new academic year and there were plenty of smiles, a little nervousness (from me mostly!) and lots of activity as most of the children arrived in 1M. Unfortunately, both Prama and Lottie are ill and hope to join us soon.
We have spent the morning getting to know our new classmates, our new learning spaces and meet some of the other adults who will learn alongside us this year. We had the opportunity to join with our buddy class (1B) and explore their classroom, as well as learning some of the new routines and procedures in Year 1. We all agreed that our first few hours together have been a great success and are looking forward to the year ahead.
