Today the students in 1M and 1B started to make their circus characters out of clay, using the 'donut' method. This entails the students making a series of donut-shaped rings out of clay, then sticking them together with clay glue called slip, then smoothing down the joints. Afterwards we visited the Foundation Stage science Expo!
