Swimming Gala

A huge well done to all of 1E who took part in the Swimming Gala, for being risk takers and putting their best effort into their swimming today. I was so impressed by the standard of swimming in all four classes with children attempting many different tricky strokes with excellent form; including, breast stroke, front crawl, back crawl and even butterfly! The atmosphere was incredible and with all the children cheering each other on, there was a real sense of camaraderie. My favourite event had to be the treasure hunt at the end because it was so exciting and it was especially great to see the girls and boys working as a team. Here are some photos from the event:
