How to protect yourself & your family:
1. Verify any emergency through a second method before taking action.
2. Call your family member back using a number you already know.
3. Establish a family safe word or phrase. Remind each other of it regularly. Ask for it when you suspect a scam is occurring.
4. Be suspicious of requests for secrecy or urgent money transfers.
5. Discuss AI voice scams with your family before a scam occurs.
6. Never send money based solely on a phone call, even if the voice sounds genuine.

Subject: [ISTEC-Thailand] MacOS 27 Safari Extensions with a description
Good Morning ISTEC folks,
This is very excellent for those of us who can see the creative potential of on device AI: Building Safari Extensions with descriptions means that students and teachers on Mac devices will be able describe an extension to be able to make their work on the web more efficient and suited to their needs.
Did you know that Snapchat uses your posts to train its AI models? It is switched on by default. Watch this short video on how to switch it off and take control of your data. Ask your teacher if it is ok to take out your phone and make the changes right now!
