  1. Hello

    I am a parent of a Yr 7 student and have two questions.

    1. Access to Outlook Web App, I have my username and password for the Parents Login, but this does not seem to work for Web App.
    2. Registering laptop, the online form is unclear as it requests an email address name@patana.ac.th, again this is unclear as i have my own personal address, also kindly clarify if i have to provide username and passwords for my daughters Mac laptop in order to install the relevant software.

    1. Dear Mr Birk

      Many thanks for your comment. It is my understanding that access to the Web App is for students only. All communication from school will go to your preferred personal email address you provided to the school at the start of the year. The registration procedure for student laptops should be via the student's email address; for example abcd99@patana.ac.th. The admin UN and PW for the device should be the one that you use to install software, you may have set your daughters UN and PW to allow for this, if not then we need the admin UN and PW so that we can install the necessary software.
